2011 Instructor Rules

1. Instructors will be admitted free with your class as long as we have a photocopy of your Instructor Card, a copy of your current insurance on file, and this form signed and dated.  Please mail to Todd’s Scuba Sales, Inc. 348 Ludwig Drive, Circleville, OH 43113 or drop off at the store, email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. 2. Instructors diving without a class will be required to pay the daily diving fee.
3. Divemasters and Assistant Instructors will be required to pay the daily diving fee.
4. When the store is closed, instructors with students are responsible that the students complete the liability release, pay fee and deposit money in the box at the south quarry shelter before they enter the water – no exceptions.
5. Have your students park straight in so we can park more vehicles.  No parallel parking.  Please do not park in driveways or past the rocks leading to the north quarry.
6. Entry fee does not include camping.
7. No fishing.
8. The classroom is available for your use.  Please schedule in advance.
9. The daily diving rate is has been increased to $12.00 per day.
